Policies 

We Kindly ask for a  24 hour notice for all cancellations. this gives us a chance to fill that spot. this also goes for rescheduling.

To cancel please call, email, Facebook message us, or cancel online.

 

Cancellation/ no show policy

Short notice Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 6 hours of appointment time will be charge 50% (non refundable) of services booked in order to book your next appointment

No Shows:

If you no call, no show your appointment, your first time, you will need to pay 50% (non refundable) of booked services to schedule . If you do a second time you will need to pre pay 100% (non refundable) of services to schedule, If you no show again, you will no longer be allowed to book!

Extra Guest Policy :

We love seeing you and all of your friends and family.  However with having a full staff with busy books and  limited space, We ask that you leave any extra guests not receiving services at home.
