Can I do a trial before I book?

Absolutely, trials are a great tool to know if we are a good fit. All trials are done at the salon.

 

How long do I have to decide?

I will hold your date for 2 weeks, with $100 non refundable deposit., without a signed contract.

Is there a minimum to book you?

For On Location services yes, we need a minimum of $500 worth of day of services book.

Can I edit my contract after signed?

Adding services is an option, you must check to make sure it works with timing and stylists. You cannot remove or lower the number contracted for.

 

Are there fees for traveling?

Yes, Its $.75 per mile round trip. Weddings more than 2.5 hours from Glencoe MN, will require a hotel room for stylists for the night before. Any parking fees must also be covered for stylists.

 

What payments do you take?

We accept cash, credit cards, or Venmo.

Are there any additional fees that may occur day of?

The only extra fees that could come up day of would-be parking fees or blow-drying fees.

We ask everyone to come with Clean Dry hair. We don’t allow time for blow-drying which then in return can make us run behind. If we have to blow dry hair, there is a $30 fee for that person.

How do we determine how many stylists or makeup artists are needed?

The number of artists is based on your ready-by time, the number of people receiving services, the services selected, and the available start time. Using standard service timing, we create an efficient schedule for your wedding day.

If your wedding party size, timeline, or services require additional stylists or makeup artists, an additional artist fee will apply per professional added. This fee covers staffing, scheduling, and coordination.

 

Can I have a stylist or makeup artist stay for touch ups.

Yes, we can generally accommodate, please check to be sure we have someone that is available. We have an hourly rate ($100 an hour) for staying, plus a meal must be provided.
